布4の両端に電極5を設けた基布にカーボン塗料
を塗布含浸し乾燥させて出来る。発燃体bの上面

と同時に通電遮断する役割りをもたらす。上述の

遮断させ表裏材1,9で完全に防水、絶縁させて
一組の面発熱遠赤外線放射制御体として提供する
