Abstract

PURPOSE:To miniaturize an equipment by utilizing a compressor for feeding a gaseous raw material to an adsorption bed in an adsorbing process and feeding air to the primary side of an ejector in a desorbing process and connecting a suction part formed in a secondary side with the adsorption bed. CONSTITUTION:The air of a raw material is pressurized by a compressor 1 and condensate is separated in a drain separator 2 and the air is introduced into a vessel 3 enclosed with an adsorption bed and firstly water content is adsorbed and removed by alumina or the like and thereafter O2 is adsorbed and removed and a product N2 is sent to a pressure regulating tank 4 and taken out through a pressure reducing valve 9. On the other hand, in a desorbing process, a valve 8 is closed and both the vessel 3 and the secondary side of an ejector 5 are connected with a three-way valve 6 and simultaneously a valve 7 is opened and the pressurized air of the compressor 1 is fed to the primary side of the ejector 5 and the inside of the vessel 3 is decompressed and an adsorbent is regenerated.
