Abstract

PURPOSE: To shape a fibrous board by fixing a metal net having a tensioning function along the corner parts of a bottom surface and sidewall surfaces of a recessed part of a lower mold of a hot press and draw forming between the lower mold and an upper mold having almost the same shape with the lower mold for fitting the shaped material to the lower mold surface. CONSTITUTION: This fibrous board is obtained by additionally installing and fixing a metal net 15 having a tensioning function along the corner parts 14 of a bottom surface 13a and side surfaces 13b of a recessed part of a lower mold 11 of a hot press mold 10 having the recessed part 13 at a part of the mold surface thereof, or engraving an uneven pattern having a lattice shape on the mold surface of the lower mold 11 along the corner parts 14, draw forming a fibrous board 17 in a prescribed shape between an upper mold 12 for a hot press equipped with a mold surface almost the same shape with the lower mold 11 and capable of descending until a prescribed clearance to the lower mold 11 and the lower mold 11, and making the fibrous board 17 in contact with the metal net 15 or the uneven surface in the time of forming for following its tensioning behavior and fitting the fibrous board to the mold surface of the lower mold.
