PURPOSE: To obtain a full-aliphatic non-foamable binding material generating no foaming even if not highly dried, eluting no compound having carcinogenesis, excellent in adhesiveness and generating no release of a container, by using specific aliphatic or alicyclic polyisocyanate as a polyisocyanate component and using specific tertiary nitrogen-containing alcohol and ricinoleic acid as at least a part of a polyol component.
CONSTITUTION: In the polyurethane type binding material used in a medical fluid separation apparatus having a dialytic filter material wetted with water incorporated therein, aliphatic or alicyclic polyisocyanate is used as a polyisocyanate component and tertiary nitrogen-containing alcohol represented by structural formula (1) [wherein R1 is a methylene chain of A (wherein n is an integer of 1W6) or B (wherein m is an integer of 1W4) and R2, R3, R4 and R5 are a methylene chain of C (wherein lis an integer of 1W4)] and ricinoleic acid are used at least as a part of a polyol component. Aliphatic polyisocyanate is synthesized using hexamethylene diisocyanate. The obtained polyurethane binding material generates no foaming even if a hollow fiber or synthetic resin container is not highly dried and has no possibility eluting aromatic polyamine having carcinogenesis and generates no release of the container after autoclave sterilization.
