ノズルユニツト24を配置し、前記観測室5内に
、前記弁軸25と弁軸受26との隙間から滴下す
る潤滑油を収容するメスシリンダ35を配置し、
前記潤滑油噴射ノズルユニツト24に、冷却油用
回路3を切換可能に接続したことを特徴とするバ
