- 複数段の効用缶を有する多重効用造水装置の液
分散装置において、複数個の孔を有する水平の液
分散板の直下に熱交換器の伝熱管を配設し、同伝
熱管に複数の水平溝を有する波形板を一体的に設
けたことを特徴とする多重効用造水装置の液分散
装置。
