CONSTITUTION:A tape guide part is composed of a side surface guide 1 having blow-out hole columns 3 and 4 having the same angle respectively in the positive direction and reverse direction of a tape travelling direction and a plate spring 5 held at a reference guide 2 and a side surface guide 1 which is the reference at the time of travelling a tape and to press a tape 6 to the reference guide 2. When the tape 6 is introduced to a tape guide part, it is pressed to the reference guide 2 by the plate spring 5. At such a time, the tape 6 is held so as not to be brought into contact with the side surface guide 1 by the air blown out from the blow-out hole train 4 provided at the side surface guide 1. Next, simultaneously when a tape travelling direction is reversely rotated, the blow-out of the air is switched by a switching valve to a blow-out hole 3. By the action, an air flow is kept constant in the tape travelling direction. Consequently, a stable tape travelling orbit can be kept.
