(Prior Art) Conventionally, structures shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 are known as structures for supporting wiring cords of electrical appliances on a substrate such as a chassis. The wiring cord support device shown in FIG. 1 involves inserting and engaging a locking portion 3 of a locking piece 2 made of a synthetic resin molded product into a through hole of a substrate 1 such as a chassis, and inserting a cord 4 into the locking piece 2. Because of the structure in which the locking piece 2 is supported, it is easy to attach the locking piece 2 to the base material 1, and since the locking piece 2 is a synthetic resin molded part, the cord 4 is also less likely to be damaged. 4 cannot be prevented from moving in the longitudinal direction, and because it is an injection molded product of synthetic resin, it is expensive. Next, in the wiring cord support device shown in FIG. 2, a part of the board 1 is cut and raised to form a locking piece 2, and this locking piece 2 is given frictional properties to prevent the longitudinal movement of the cord 4. In order to prevent this and protect the cord 4, a vinyl tube 5 is fitted, and this locking piece 2 is pressed and bent to hold down the cord 4. This structure has the advantage of not requiring a separate member for integrally forming the locking piece 2 by cutting it up from the substrate 1, but the vinyl tube 5 is required to cover the broken surface of the locking piece 2 at a material cost. There are additional problems. Furthermore, the wiring cord support device shown in FIG. 3 has a structure in which a locking piece 2 made of a metal plate is formed so that the cross section in the width direction becomes an arcuate surface, and one end is fixed to the board 1 with a screw 6. . With this structure, there is no need for vinyl tubes, etc.
However, since the locking piece 2 is a separate member and the number of parts such as the screws 6 increases, there are problems such as an increase in price and an increase in the number of man-hours required for installation.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The conventional wiring cord support device shown in FIG. 1 cannot prevent the cord from moving in the longitudinal direction, and the wiring cord support device shown in FIG. In addition, the wiring cord support device shown in FIG.
The problem is that the number of parts increases, the number of manufacturing steps is large, and any structure becomes expensive.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The wiring cord supporting device of the present invention is formed by being bent integrally with the substrate on which the cord is disposed, and the wiring cord supporting device is bent and formed integrally with the substrate on which the cord is disposed. a pair of support parts that support the cord so that the middle thereof is located in the space; and a pair of support parts that are cut from the substrate between the pair of support parts in a direction intersecting the cord and press the cord toward the space. form a cut and raised piece,
This method is characterized in that the cord supported by a pair of support parts is pressed at the center between two points to press the cord to the support parts.

(Function) The wiring cord supporting device of the present invention supports the wiring cord with the support parts on both sides of the space, and presses the wiring cord with the cut and raised pieces from the orthogonal direction at the middle part of both support parts. While being held down elastically, the wiring cord is strongly crimped to the support section at two points in the length direction by the cut and raised pieces, and is prevented from moving in the lateral direction, which is the length direction of the cord and the radial direction of the cord. thwarted.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a substrate made of a metal plate, such as a chassis of an electric appliance, and a bulging recess 7 is formed by bending the substrate 1 by punching, and the substrate 1 of the bulging recess 7 is formed by bending.
A wiring cord 4 disposed on the substrate 1 is supported by the support portions 8, 8 having opposite edges on the same plane with a gap between them, and a space 9 is formed between the cord 4 and the bulging recess 7. is becoming more and more mediated. Further, the entire length of the central portion of the bulging recess 7 in the direction orthogonal to the supporting parts 8, 8 is cut and raised into a long and narrow plate shape to form a cut and raised piece 10 whose base end is flush with the substrate 1. The raised piece 10 is curved to have an arcuate cross-section so that both ends in the width direction face outward, and the length direction is bent into the bulging recess 7 so that the substrate 1 is connected to the substrate 1 midway within the bulging recess 7. A substantially parallel holding portion 11 is formed, and a tip portion 12 is formed in a bulging recess 7.

The wiring cord 4 is supported by the support parts 8, 8, and by pressing the holding part 11 of the cut and raised piece 10 at the intermediate part from the perpendicular direction, the wiring cord 4 is elastically held by the cut and raised piece 10, and this holding part 11 is located inside the bulging recess 7 than the supporting parts 8, 8,
The wiring cord 4 has two parts in the length direction supported by the support parts 8, 8.
The cable is strongly crimped to prevent the cord from slipping out in the longitudinal direction. In addition, since the cut and raised piece 10 in the shape of a slender plate is curved to have an arcuate cross section so that both ends in the width direction face outward, even if the holding portion 11 is strongly crimped to the wiring cord 4, the curved surface Since the cut edge of the cut and raised piece 10 does not come into contact with the wiring cord 4, there is no fear that the cut edge of the cut and raised piece 10 will damage the wiring cord. Therefore, by increasing the pressing force, the wiring cord 4 is prevented from moving in the radial direction or laterally, that is, the cut and raised piece 10 is prevented from moving in the length direction.

Support parts 8, 8 consisting of a pair of bulging protrusions parallel to each other are formed by bending on the board 1 with a small distance between them, and the wiring cord 4 is inserted perpendicularly to the support parts 8, 8 through the space. The wiring cord 4 is supported so that a space 9 is formed between the wiring cord 4 and the substrate 1. moreover,
A cut-and-raised piece 10 is formed from the substrate 1 between the support parts 8 and 8 in an elongated plate shape parallel to the support parts 8 and 8, and the cut-and-raised piece 10 is cut and raised so that both ends in the width direction face outward. A holding part 11 is formed in the middle by being curved to have an arcuate cross-section and bent in the length direction so as to be closer to the substrate 1 than the supporting parts 8, 8.
1 is bent so as to be brought into contact with the substrate 1.

According to the present invention, on the board on which the cord is arranged,
a pair of support parts that are bent and formed integrally with the substrate and support the cord so as to be positioned between the space parts in the middle of the cord with a small interval in the length direction of the cord; The wiring cord is supported between the spaces on the board by the pair of supporting parts because the cut and raised pieces are cut and raised from the board in a direction intersecting the cords and press the cords toward the spaces. is pressed toward the space by the cut-and-raised pieces cut and raised from the substrate in the middle, so two places in the middle of the length are strongly pressed to the support portions bent and formed on the substrate, and the length is increased. Movement in the vertical direction can be prevented. In addition, both the supporting part and the cut-out piece are formed integrally with the board, and can be formed all at once by pressing the board, etc., and there is no need to incorporate other parts, making it easy to manufacture. This eliminates the need for material costs and manufacturing costs for the parts.
