  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 録音再生時における磁気テープの走行方向下流
    側から上流側に沿つて第１の消去ヘツドと、録音
    再生ヘツドとがこの順序で配置されるとともに、 前記録音再生ヘツドの前記上流側には磁気テー
    プ上の録音不要部分の消去を行う第２の消去ヘツ
    ドが配置されており、 録音必要部分の上流側にある録音不要部分の消
    去時には、前記録音必要部分の頭出し位置から前
    記録音不要部分の消去方向に前記磁気テープを駆
    動する状態において前記第１の消去ヘツドおよび
    前記録音再生ヘツドを非駆動状態に、また前記第
    ２の消去ヘツドを駆動状態にすることを特徴とす
    る磁気ヘツドの駆動方式。
