- 弾性変形部と、この弾性変形部の下面に固着さ
れ、かつコンクリート基礎に据え付けられる底板
と、弾性変形部の上面に固着された土台固定用ボ
ルトとからなり、前記弾性変形部はゴム材の内部
に主として垂直荷重を支持するための補助材が埋
設されて構成されていることを特徴とする耐震建
築用基礎部材。
