PURPOSE:To efficiently reduce each noise generated from an engine main unit and a muffler by housing the engine main unit and the muffler respectively in a soundproofing fluid tank to be immersed in soundproofing fluid while cooling it by a radiator. CONSTITUTION:By housing an engine main unit 1 and a muffler 18 respectively in a soundproofing fluid tank 2 while filling its inside with water or the other soundproofing fluid 3, the engine main unit 1 and the muffler 18 are immersed in the soundproofing fluid 3. Each noise, generated respectively from the engine main unit 1 and the muffler 18, is damped by the soundproofing fluid 3. While cooling exhaust, passing through in the muffler 18, by the soundproofing fluid 3, also a noise of the exhaust is reduced. Further the soundproofing fluid tank 2 communicates with a radiator serving as the heat radiator 33, and the soundproofing fluid 3, which cools the engine main unit 1, is cooled by the radiator 33. By the structure thus obtained, the noise of an engine, generated from its whole unit, is efficiently reduced.
