７ａ，７ｂは軸受、８は非磁性ワワツシヤ、９は
エンドキヤツプ、１０はボビン、１１はコイル、
１２はバネ座、１３はスプリング、１４は調整ネ
ジ、１５はロツクナツトである。第２図は本考案
に係わるストローク、推力特性図である。

ヤに固着した出力軸が負荷に推力を伝達する比例
ソレノイドに於いて、前記プランジヤの推力を加
勢する如く該プランジヤ後部にスプリングを内臓
し、かつ該スプリング初期圧を後部から任意に調
