Abstract

PURPOSE: To charge and blast surely even if water in a bore is not drained and the bore wall is rough by inserting a soft resin hose having an airtight forward part into the blasting hole of a water hole, inflating the hose in the water hole while regulating the pressure air from a charger and charging a space thus formed with an ammonium nitrate oil powder. The loading port unit 6 comprises upper and lower sections 6', 6" wherein the upper section 6' comprises a loader hose 9 fixing part, a gauge 16 for measuring inner pressure of the hose 10, a pressure reducing valve 17 and a master die loading port 18, and a loading length measuring port 19 and secured to a mobile vehicle 3. After finishing the loading, the hose 10 is removed from the unit 6 and the loading work is finished before the powder is blasted.
