という不便があつた。 When trying to power an automatic dialing device from a telephone line, it is necessary to satisfy contradictory conditions such as receiving power from the telephone line and at the same time transmitting a dial pulse signal that disconnects and disconnects the telephone line. Therefore, while dial pulses are being sent to the telephone line, the power supply of the device itself may fluctuate due to interruptions in the telephone line in accordance with the dial pulse signals, which may cause abnormalities such as runaway or malfunction of the microcomputer. It was hot. For this reason, conventional automatic dialing devices use a separate power source such as a commercial power source or battery that is completely independent from the telephone line to power the built-in microcomputer and memory, and turn it on and off. There was an inconvenience that a switch was attached and the power switch of the device had to be turned on each time it was used.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a control circuit consisting of a microcomputer and an input/output circuit, which controls all operations of the automatic dialing device. 2 is a modular plug that connects the telephone line and automatic dialing device.
3 is a modular jack that connects this phone. Reference numeral 4 designates a relay switch for short-circuiting between the tip and ring of the telephone connected to the modular jack 3, and is operated by the relay 10 only during the period when the dial pulse signal is being sent. 5 is a diode rectifier, and 6 is a dial switching circuit, which performs a switching operation in response to a dial signal from the output terminal 1a of the microcomputer 1. 7 is a constant voltage circuit for supplying power to the device itself from the telephone line. 8 is a DC power source such as a battery, and 9 is a DC power source such as a battery.
and 11 are a relay and a relay switch, respectively, for switching the power source of the device from a constant voltage circuit 7 directly connected to a telephone line to a DC power source 8 such as a battery, in response to a muting signal from the output terminal 1b of the microcomputer 1. 12 is a memory, and 13 is a dial pulse bypass capacitor.

のである。 The operation of this embodiment will be explained below with reference to the drawings. In the above example, the modular jack 3 and the telephone are connected, and the modular plug 2, the diode rectifier circuit 5, and the modular jack 3 are connected in series to the line. This turns the device on and off in response to turning on and off the phone hook.
This is a configuration to turn it off. However, since the dial switching circuit 6 and the constant voltage circuit 7 are also connected in series with the line,
The dial switching circuit 6 is activated by the dial pulse signal from the output terminal 1a of the microcomputer 1.
When operating, if the line is directly interrupted as in the past, the constant voltage circuit 7 will also fluctuate, and the voltage fluctuations to the microcomputer 1 will cause the microcomputer itself to malfunction, such as runaway or malfunction. It turns out. As a countermeasure against this, in this embodiment, during the dial pulse sending period in which the constant voltage circuit 7 causes voltage fluctuations, the relay 10 is driven by a muting signal from the output terminal 1b of the microcomputer 1, and the relay switch 4 is switched from contact b to contact a. The switch short-circuits the chip and ring of the modular jack 3 to prevent the dial pulse signal from leaking to the receiver side. At the same time, the muting signal from this output terminal 1b is transmitted to relay 1.
1, switch the relay switch 9 from the c side to the d side, and switch the power source of the device to the DC power source 8. Therefore, even if the line is interrupted due to the sending of dial pulse signals, this device is driven by the DC power supply 8, so it will not be affected by power fluctuations and the microcomputer will not malfunction. .

1. This figure shows the main part of an embodiment in which the switching mechanism composed of a relay switch 9 uses a transistor switching element. 7 is a constant voltage circuit inserted into the telephone line, and 8 is a DC power supply also used for backing up the memory 12. 14,1
9 is a switching transistor, 17, 18
is a mutating signal from the output terminal 1b of the microcomputer 1, and the transistor 1
A resistor 9 determines the base potential, and 15 and 16 similarly determine the base potential of the transistor 14. According to this configuration, it is possible to perform the power supply switching operation with low power.

能である。 According to the above embodiment, the muting signal issued from the microcomputer in order to short-circuit between the chip and ring of the modular jack 3 during the dial pulse signal transmission period is controlled by the relay 11 and the relay switch 9 or the switching circuit. It is also used as a signal, and during the dial period when the power from the line fluctuates, the power source for driving the device is switched to the stable DC power supply 8 side, so while receiving power from the telephone line,
At the same time, since the microcomputer and the like are driven by a stable DC power supply, no abnormal operation occurs, and stable automatic dialing can be performed.

自動ダイアル装置を実現できるものである。 As described above, according to the present invention, during the dial pulse signal transmission period, the control signal short-circuits the chip and the ring of the telephone to apply muting, and at the same time, the control signal is used to operate the switching section. By switching from the line power supply to the built-in DC power supply, the DC power supply is stable even if the line is interrupted due to dial pulse signals, so microcomputers etc. can operate stably and automatically It is possible to realize a highly reliable automatic dialing device that does not cause any abnormal operation when selecting dial pulses.
