Abstract
PURPOSE:To continue stable operation collecting solar heat at all times in removing a negative pressure and bringing back the pressure to a positive one when the negative pressure occurs in a system at the outlet side of a solar heat collector by installing a pressure control means in a heat medium circulating passage. CONSTITUTION:At a heat medium circulating passage 6 an elastic hose 11 as a pressure controller 10 is inserted and connected. For the hose 11, silicone-based rubber with high corrosion resistance and durability in elasticity, etc., are used and its both ends connected to a pipe air-tightly through hose clips 12. The controller 10 is inserted into the return passage side of the passage 6 and in the normal flowing condition of the heat medium without the occurrence of a negative pressure, the hose 11 holds a pipe passage with nearly uniform cross section. When the negative pressure occurs at the outlet side of a solar heat collector 1 on account of the head shortage of a heat medium pump 4, the pressure loss in the inside of the collector 1, etc., the hose 11 is contracted by the differential pressure between the negative pressure and the atmospheric pressure and is deformed so as to throttle its cross section of the pipe passage. Thereby, the flow passage resistance in the hose 11 is increased to throttle the flow amount of the flowing heat medium and the negative pressure condition is removed and the pressure is recovered rapidly to a positive one and the flow amount is balanced and the heat medium is circulated and transferred.
