と平行な鉛直面内で揺動自在に支持された揺動レ
バーと、この揺動レバーの一端部と回転軸体の係
合板とを互いに連動させる連結部材と、上記揺動
レバーの他端部に対応する位置の取付台板上で揺
動レバーと略同一鉛直面内で揺動自在に支持され
た操作レバーと、上記揺動レバーの他端部に取付
けられるとともに操作レバーの側端面に係合して
摺動する係合片とから構成するとともに、操作レ
