【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は小型磁気記録再生装置に使用して好適
な、所望の磁気ヘツドを内蔵した複数のヘツドケ
ースを並列的に連結した磁気ヘツド装置に関し、
特に簡単な構成で最適状態に斯かるヘツドのアジ
マス角(垂直角)を調整できる様にしたものであ
る。

ば消去ヘツドと記録ヘツドとを並列的に連結した
磁気ヘツド装置が提案されている。この磁気ヘツ
ド装置は最近特に小型化、軽量化の進む磁気記録
再生装置に使用するために提案されたものであ
る。斯かる磁気ヘツド装置は夫々別途製造した消
去ヘツドと記録ヘツドとを組立て治具に装着しテ
ープを走行させて夫々のヘツドのトラツク位置、
煽り、アジマス角(ヘツドの垂直角)、ヘツド間
の電気的位相等を検出しこれらの微調整をなし、
その後に夫々のヘツドのシールドケース部を外枠
(外ケース)やスプリング、ビス等を介して接着、
固定することにより機械的な荷重を加えて合体す
る如くなされていた。

の微調整をするのは困難であつた。また、トラツ
ク位置、煽り、アジマス角についての微調整機構
付の独立懸架型のヘツドであれば微調整は良好に
できるけれども、複雑な調整機構部を付帯させる
ことが必要で、部品点数の多い複雑な磁気ヘツド
装置となつてしまつて嵩張るため小型化、軽量化
には不適当であると共に製造費用が高価となつて
しまう欠点があつた。

にした磁気ヘツド装置を提供せんとするものであ
る。

ておく。ここで、ヘツド取付基準板2は、第1の
ヘツドケース内の磁気ヘツドのアジマス角の基準
となるように固定される。このヘツド取付基準板
2には後述するアジマス角調整螺子18用の螺子
孔4及び第2の螺子部7をゆとりをもつて貫通さ
せる所謂ばか孔5を設ける。

マグネツト9の平面を用いて両ヘツドケース1,
6をマグネツト平面に吸着させて微調整し、正確
なトラツク位置の位置出しをする様にする。更
に、左右の側板10,11によりヘツドケース
1,6を図示の如く挟みつつ調整することにより
トラツク位置合わせの正確にできたヘツドケース
1,6が更に煽りもなく合体する様にする。この
ようにして所望の相対的位置で第1及び第2のヘ
ツドケース1及び6の合体を為し、側板10,1
1により締めつけた後、あらかじめあけてある第
3図の1c及び6cの部分を治具12で第4図に
示す如く挟みこみ、そのまま合体したヘツドケー
ス1,6をマグネツト9から引き剥がす。
