Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the deterioration of the rigidity of an insert after heat test and avoid a coated part from cracking, by a method wherein a resin insert is made of a specified copolymer or propylene homopolymer and a soft resin coated part is formed by styrene thermoplastic elastomer composition, prepared with a specified softening agent. CONSTITUTION:A molded form consists of a resin insert 1 and a soft resin coated part 2. The resin insert 1 is made of PP while the soft resin coated part 2 is formed by styrene thermoplastic elastomer composition prepared with the base of styrene, ethylene, butylene or stylene block copolymer, prepared by a softening agent so as to have the hardness of Hs(JISA) 20-50. The forming material of the insert 1 of PP is a copolymer, having the ratio of the unit constituent of ethylene is 5mol.% or less or propylene homopolymer. Further, the principal constituent of the softening agent is polybutene having the number- average mol.wt. of 700-2,500.
