Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a water absorbing laminated sheet, absorbing water gain, generated in the manufacturing process of concrete, and keeping the surface of a product in smooth, by laminating a synthetic fiber sheet on one side of a water absorbing sheet, having the principal body of pulp and carrying polymeric water absorbing agent. CONSTITUTION:Polymeric water absorbing agent is carried by a thin paper or sheet of about 10-20g/m<2>, which is constituted of the principal body of pulp. Starch, polyvinyl alcohol polymeric water absorbing agent, which absorbs water of about 500 times of the own weight thereof, or the like is employed and is carried by the thin paper or sheet or pinched between said sheets in various configurations. A sheet, consisting of water-resistant synthetic fiber, such as polypropylene or the like, is laminated on at least one side of the thin paper or sheet which carries the polymeric water absorbing agent. In the working process of a concrete product, breathing water is generated, however, the water may be absorbed when the water absorbing laminated sheet is put on the surface of the concrete product during working.
