Abstract
PURPOSE: To permit the starting sound of a motor (pulsator) not to be restless, to suppress the resistance of a water stream to be small and to reduce noisy sound by automatically permitting a halt time during a reverse rotation cycle to be longer than that of a normal operation when a reserved operation is executed. CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer 13 discriminates whether a reservation course is a favorite one or another one by a reservation course discriminating part 37 based on the on/off of a course designating display light. When the favorite course is reserved, a reverse rotation cycle selecting part 34 selects the halt time to be 0.5 sec. in the same way as that of the normal operation. When another course is reserved, the halt time is changed into 6 sec., respective washing and rinsing process times are automatically prolonged and an ON-OFF interval is prolonged. The frequent and large motor starting sound is restricted because of little resistance by a remaining water stream when the motor is started. The process time to be prolonged is automatically set in a process timer 38 in such a way that a normal 12-minute time is made to be the 30-minute one and the 60-minute one is made to be the 15-minute one.
