Abstract

On the contrary, when the data capacity of the original picture is smaller, the data of the original picture are made into the compressed data as they are. All the blocks are comparing-processed in the same way. Thus, it is possible to follow a compression encoding system like an MH system or an MR system, and the low-cost and efficient data are compressed.
