(Prior art) In order to form a predetermined pattern on the surface of an enamel product, there are methods using transfer paper, methods to obtain an uneven pattern surface by statespring, and methods to obtain a marble pattern on the enamel surface by inserting coarse frit particles into a slip. Conventionally, methods have been known in which a glaze with a flux effect is patterned on a normal glaze firing surface and refired to form an uneven pattern.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, none of these methods provides a pattern with excellent three-dimensional effect, and it is difficult to automate the patterning process. Moreover, except when using transfer paper, the uniformity of the pattern and It has common disadvantages such as difficulty in maintaining reproducibility, and there is a need for a method for manufacturing patterned enamel products that solves these problems.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention was completed in order to solve the above problems, and the enamel surface is blasted through a masking material to maintain the masking part as a smooth surface. The surface roughness of other parts is 1.
After carving a concave pattern with a thickness of ~200μ that does not reach the surface of the steel plate, it is fired again at a temperature that is sufficient to remelt the surface of the concave pattern and maintain the unevenness of the concave pattern. The first invention is characterized in that the surface is remelted, and the enamel surface is blasted through a masking material to maintain a smooth surface in the masked area while the other areas have a surface roughness of 1 to 200μ. After carving a concave pattern that does not reach the surface of the steel plate, enamel is applied to the top surface again and fired to re-melt the surface of the concave pattern while maintaining the unevenness of the concave pattern. This invention consists of a second feature of the invention.

To produce a patterned enamel product by the method of the present invention, any desired enamel glaze such as underglaze, colored underglaze, milky white glaze, pastel glaze, colored transparent glaze, colored glaze, etc. is applied to the metal surface, and then by a conventional method. After firing to produce a regular enamel product, the enamel surface is subjected to sandblasting, shotblasting, etc. using a masking material to form a concave pattern in other parts while maintaining the masked part as a smooth surface. Then, the surface is melted. At this time, the shape and position of the concave pattern can be easily made uniform by a known masking technique, and therefore the concave pattern can be carved with excellent reproducibility. If the surface roughness of this concave pattern is less than 1μ, it will not be possible to obtain a clear pattern, and if it is more than 200μ, it will be impossible to create a uniform surface by remelting the surface in the subsequent process, resulting in deterioration of corrosion resistance. The particle size and time of the blasting process shall be adjusted so that the particle size is within the range of ~200μ. Moreover, the depth of this concave pattern does not reach the surface of the steel plate. In the present invention, the enamel product having the roughened concave pattern is refired as it is to remelt the surface of the concave pattern.
The re-firing temperature is set to a temperature that is sufficient to melt and re-melt the roughened surface of the concave pattern, and at the same time maintain the unevenness of the entire concave pattern. As a result, a patterned enamel product with a remelted surface and a predetermined concave pattern is obtained, but this product does not have a rough surface that can cause internal erosion.
Since there are no exposed parts of the steel plate, it has excellent corrosion resistance, and since most of the unevenness formed by blasting remains intact, it has a pattern with an extremely three-dimensional effect.

Next, in the second invention of the present application, similarly to the first invention, a concave pattern is engraved on the other parts while maintaining the masking part as a smooth surface by blasting through a masking material, and then on the upper surface thereof. The enamel is glazed again and fired to form an enamel layer. In this case, the enamel applied to the top surface of the concave pattern is made of a small thick film so that the unevenness of the concave pattern appears on the surface as it is.
A transparent upper glaze such as a transparent glaze or a transparent colored glaze may be applied to the upper surface of the concave pattern so that the uppermost surface thereof is flat so that the internal concave pattern can be seen through. Further, by changing the color of the glaze on the top surface, it is possible to obtain enamel products with various tastes, and it is possible to manufacture a wider variety of products than in the case of the first invention.

Example 1 As shown in Fig. 1, a pretreated steel plate 1 is coated with a lower glaze 2 in the usual manner and fired, and then the enamel surface is blasted in a desired design through a masking material to form the surface of the blasted part. A concave pattern portion 3 was carved with an average roughness of 20μ and a depth that did not reach the surface of the steel plate.
Next, the entire steel plate 1 was fired again at a temperature that could maintain the unevenness of the concave pattern portions 3 to obtain a patterned enamel product in which the entire surface including the concave pattern portions 3 was remelted by melting.

Example 3 As shown in FIG. 3, a lower glaze 2 is applied to a pretreated steel plate 1 and fired, and then an upper glaze 5 is applied and fired on the upper surface of the pretreated steel plate 1, and a concave pattern part 3 with an average surface roughness of 150 μm is formed by blasting. was engraved. When an upper glaze 4 such as colored transparent glaze or colored glaze is further applied and fired on the upper surface, the color of the lower glaze 2 can be seen through the upper glaze 4 only in the concave pattern part 3, so there is a pattern that changes in color. An enameled product was obtained.

Example 4 As shown in Fig. 4, a lower glaze 2 is applied and fired to a pretreated steel plate 1, an upper glaze 5 is applied on the upper surface of the lower glaze 2, and then the upper glaze 5 is applied and fired, and then blasted in a desired design to obtain a surface roughness of 2μ. A shallow concave pattern 3 is carved only on the upper glaze 5. When the upper glaze 4 was applied again to the upper surface and fired to make the surface flat, a patterned enamel product was obtained in which the outline of the concave pattern part 3 was visible through the enameled upper glaze 4.

Example 5 Titanium glaze, pastel glaze,
A top glaze 6 such as a colored glaze was directly applied, and after the glaze was fired, a blasting process was performed in a desired design to form a concave pattern 3 having an average surface roughness of 2μ. A transparent upper glaze 4 such as transparent glaze or transparent colored glaze is applied to the upper surface of the glaze and fired, and the fired upper glaze 4 is passed through and applied directly to the upper glaze 6.
A patterned enamel product in which the concave pattern part 3 was visible was obtained.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention involves blasting the enamel surface through a masking material to form a concave pattern that does not reach the surface of the steel plate, and then directly or directly on the top surface. The enamel is glazed and fired again to melt the surface of the concave pattern, and the concave pattern of a predetermined shape is engraved on the surface of the enamel. It is possible to create a pattern with a three-dimensional effect that could not previously be obtained, and it is also possible to create a pattern with uniformity and reproducibility, making it easy to automate the manufacturing process of patterned enamel products. Furthermore, according to the present invention, a concave pattern with a surface roughness of 1 to 200 μm is formed in other parts while maintaining the masking part as a smooth surface, making it possible to obtain an enamel product with a clear pattern. . Furthermore, according to the present invention, a pattern can be formed without roughening the enamel surface, and since the surface of the steel plate is not exposed, there is no deterioration in corrosion resistance. As described above, according to the present invention, various patterned enamel products can be manufactured at low cost by combining conventional enamel glazes and firing methods, and can be made from steel plate enamel, stainless steel enamel, cast iron enamel, aluminum enamel, copper enamel, etc. It will greatly contribute to the development of industry by expanding the designs of various enamel products.
