Subsequently, the punch 23 and the shedder 24 are caused to fall in still further so as to form a skirt 2. By virtue of this constitution, the curved-face 1 of the mask is improved in its tensile force at the time of forming the curved-face, and the compressive stress will not remain on the curved-face, and consequently, a curved-face as designed can be obtained. Thereby, the miss landing can be minimized, and the color shade and the color drift can also be prevented.
