Abstract

PURPOSE:To use a device in an interactive way by generating an identification code detection signal when an identification code exists in a voice block, and in response to it, issuing an instruction to determine the contents of the forming operation of a reproducing voice signal. CONSTITUTION:In response to a stop code insertion instruction as an identification code insertion instruction from a system controller 16, a timing controller 15 generates, at a prescribed timing, a stop code insertion instruction signal, extending over a time corresponding to a sampling frequency in a D/A converter 3. This signal is supplied to a stop code generation circuit 21 as a stop code generation instruction signal, and the stop code generation circuit 21, in response to it, generates a stop code as the identification code. Thus, since the instruction to determine the contents of the forming operation of the regenerative voice signal is issued in response to the identification code detection signal, regeneration at a previously designated position on the way can be stopped, and the device can be used in the interactive way.
