Also, on the fixed track 2, the distance data of a regular recording track 3 is recorded, and the distance data is recorded at the position with a distance (x) from the end of the card 1, however, the (x) is set differently at every card. In such a way, a specific device to read and write the data on the card is required, thereby, the unauthorized modification and forgery of recorded data can be prevented from being performed.
