Abstract

PURPOSE:To manipulate a manipulation element in details by displaying a signal in following to a manipulation state signal of the manipulation element in the automatic mode and displaying immediately the manipulation setting value in the manual mode and displaying the manipulation state signal. CONSTITUTION:In case of the automatic mode, a CPU 31 at the controller 30 sends an opening state signal from an opening transducer 42 of a motor driven valve 41 to a supervisory equipment 20. A CPU 22 of the CRT side fetches the opening signal and displays it on an opening stat display section 26. In case of the manual mode, the CPU 22 displays the opening setting value on the opening setting value display section 27. Thus, the operator estimates the opening state immediately from the display of the display section 27. On the other hand, the CPU 31 of the controller 30 receives the data sent from the equipment 20 and stores it in a manipulation data memory 33 to obtain a time width by multiplying a difference between the preceding setting value and the setting value of this time with a time rate decided by the operating time of the motor-driven valve 41. The CPU 31 outputs an opening pulse having the said time width to open the valve 41. Thus, the process control is implemented with precision.
