That is, FIG. 4 shows an example of a large supply painting booth used in an automobile painting booth, etc., and a conventional air conditioner for supplying temperature-controlled and humid air to the painting booth, which is connected to the painting booth 1. The air conditioner 2 purifies outside air introduced from a gear rally 3 serving as an outside air sampling port through a roll filter 4, preheats or cools the purified air with a preheater 5 made of an Elofinch tube, etc. 6,
The humidity is controlled through a shower-type humidifier 7 and an eliminator 8 as a humidity controller, and then heated or cooled to a predetermined temperature through a temperature controller 9 such as an Elofinch tube, and then painted using a blower 10. It is configured to feed into booth 1.

That is, temperature-controlled and humidified air is sent from the air conditioner 2 into the air supply chamber 11 of the painting booth 1 and introduced into the painting room 12, and the air introduced into the painting room 12 is exhausted. By suctioning into the processing chamber 13 and discharging it to the outside, creating a flow of air at the required volume and speed within the coating chamber 12 is primarily due to the adhesion of dust to the surface of the object to be coated 14 and excessive humidity. This is to maintain good painting conditions by preventing fogging caused by evaporative organic solvents, and secondly, to maintain a good working environment by maintaining the health of workers and preventing disasters caused by ignition of evaporated organic solvents. This is to do so.

Here, in general, in the past, the huge amount of air to be delivered to the painting booth 1 was controlled by the air conditioner 2 having the above-mentioned structure, and the temperature and humidity were controlled in accordance with the painting conditions. The running cost of the air conditioner 2 required for cooling during the winter and heating during the winter has become significant.

The air purification system maintains good painting conditions by supplying temperature- and humidity-controlled air from the air conditioner 2 as described above only to the area where the water is transferred, and has only a roll filter 4 and a blower 10 for other areas. A system has been proposed that maintains the working environment by supplying purified air from which dust has simply been removed from the equipment, and aims to reduce running costs by reducing the amount of air that needs to be controlled for temperature and humidity. There is.

However, in this case, an air purification device is installed separately in addition to the air conditioner 2, which increases the installation space and equipment costs, and the dust is removed from the air purification device. The drawback is that the working environment is poor in the summer and winter because only uncontrolled air is supplied.

Furthermore, if a temperature controller or the like is installed in the air purification device in order to improve the working environment, it would be very uneconomical because the temperature controller would be installed twice as the air conditioner 2. In the end, this does not lead to a reduction in running costs.

According to the present invention, since the first air-conditioning room for controlling the temperature and humidity of outside air and the second air-conditioning room for controlling the temperature of outside air are formed in parallel in the main body, Out of the total air volume that should be supplied to the equipment, one unit is used to separate the air conditioned air that requires temperature and humidity control to maintain painting conditions, and the air conditioned air that only needs temperature control to maintain the working environment. These devices can be differentiated and produced separately, thereby significantly reducing running costs for temperature and humidity control, and at the same time reducing equipment costs and installation space.

The above is an example of the configuration of the air conditioner 2 according to the present invention.Next, its operation will be explained. Then, outside air is sucked from the gear rally 3, and after removing dust through the roll filter 4, it is introduced into the first air conditioning room R1 and the second air conditioning room R2 partitioned by the partition wall 20. The air introduced into the first air conditioned room R1 is preheated to a predetermined temperature in winter by the temperature controller 5, and then released from the shower type humidifier 7 disposed between the eliminators 6 and 8. It is humidified and washed with hot water to remove fine dust, etc., and then heated to a predetermined temperature and humidity by a temperature controller 9 and sent to the painting booth 1 by an air blower 21. Here, the painting booth 1 has its air supply chamber 11
is divided into approximately three parts as shown in FIG. 1, and an air chamber 11a is formed in the center to supply temperature- and humidity-controlled air only to the area where the object to be coated 14 is transferred.
Air chambers 11b and 11c for supplying temperature-controlled air are formed on both sides of the air chamber 11a, and as mentioned above, the temperature-controlled and humid air sent to the painting booth 1 by the blower 21 is It is configured to be supplied to the chamber 11a.

Therefore, according to the air conditioner 2, the conditioned air whose temperature and humidity have been controlled in the first air conditioned room R1 is supplied to the air chamber 11a of the air supply chamber 11, and is supplied to the object to be coated in the painting chamber 12. 14 is introduced into the area to be transferred, it is possible to maintain good coating conditions for the object 14 and prevent fogging and the like. Furthermore, conditioned air whose temperature is controlled in the second air conditioning room R2 is introduced through the air chambers 11b and 11c of the air supply chamber 11 into the area where the painting equipment and workers are present in the painting room 12. Therefore, it is possible to maintain a good coating environment even in winter (or summer), and in particular to maintain the health of workers.

According to experiments by the present inventor, for example, with the conventional device shown in FIG.
The outside air with a humidity of 50% is controlled and humidified to a temperature of 18℃ and a humidity of 60%, and is then pumped into the air supply chamber 11 of the painting booth 1 every minute.
In the case of sending 1100m3 of air , it would have cost 6.27 million yen for gas for temperature controllers 5 and 9 such as heaters, but with the device of the present invention shown in Figure 1, outside air under the same conditions could be Temperature 18℃ and humidity 60% in the first air-conditioned room R1
The temperature and humidity are adjusted and the temperature is adjusted and the air is placed in the air chamber 11a of the air supply chamber 11.
300m 3 /min and the second air conditioned room R2
(In this case, the air in the second air conditioned room R2 is not humidified, so the humidity is 20%.)
) The air is fed into the air chambers 11b and 11c of the air supply chamber 11 at a rate of 400 m 3 /min, respectively, and a total of 1,100 m 3 per minute is supplied as in the case of the conventional device.
If the system was supplied with gas, the gas cost would be approximately 4 million yen, resulting in a significant reduction in running costs.

This is because 800 m 3 /min, which accounts for the majority of the required air volume of 1100 m 3 /min, is supplied from the second air conditioned room R2.

That is, in the second air conditioned room R2, there is a shower type humidifier 7 that humidifies the outside air like in the first air conditioned room R1.
Since there are no eliminators 6, 8, etc. that obstruct air flow, there is no need to provide a preliminary temperature controller 5 such as a pre-heater, and conditioned air at a predetermined temperature can be obtained only by heating the temperature controller 9. At the same time, a large amount of air can be obtained with a small volume, and therefore the first air conditioned room R1 can only supply the necessary temperature-controlled and humid air to the limited air chamber 11a of the air supply chamber 11 of the painting booth 1. The pre-temperature regulator 5 is significantly smaller, and the temperature regulator 9 is also smaller than before, which greatly reduces the gas cost required for these temperature regulators 5 and 9. This is because it will be done. especially,
When two air-conditioned rooms R1 and R2 are formed in parallel through the partition wall 20 in the main body of the air conditioner 2 and share the temperature controller 9, the heating (or cooling) efficiency is extremely good, This point also contributes to further savings in gas costs, etc.

Furthermore, if it becomes possible to relatively reduce the volume of the first air conditioned room R1 in this way, the air washer 23 of the shower humidifier 7 can be downsized, and the load on the pump 24 can therefore be reduced. As a result, the electricity bill for the pump is reduced to about half that of conventional equipment, further reducing running costs.

As described above, according to the present invention, a first air conditioning chamber for controlling the temperature and humidity of outside air and a second air conditioning chamber for controlling the temperature of outside air are formed in parallel in the main body. Therefore, if this is applied to an air conditioner such as a supply painting booth, a single device can maintain the working environment and the conditioned air that needs temperature and humidity control to maintain painting conditions. Therefore, it is possible to separate and generate air separately from the conditioned air, which only requires temperature control, and therefore reduce running costs by reducing the amount of air required for temperature control and humid air out of the total air volume that needs to be supplied to the painting booth. This has the excellent effect of significantly reducing equipment cost and installation space.

In particular, when two air-conditioned chambers are formed in parallel within the main body with a partition wall in between, and both air-conditioned chambers are heated or cooled at the same time to control the temperature, the heating or cooling efficiency is extremely high. From this point of view as well, running costs can be reduced.
