するように前記カードを挾み、且つ前記第３のシ
ールフイルムをその熱融着樹脂層が互いに密着す
るように折重ねた状態で熱溶着することにより、
折重ねた前記第３のシールフイルムによつてポケ
ツトを付設したことを特徴とするカード入りシー
