おいて、該切断刃の側部に近接して第1の挾持手
段を配設し、該第1の挾持手段に対向して該フイ
ルムの反対側に第2の挾持手段を配設し、かつ、
該第1、第2の挾持手段の該フイルムに当接する
部分が該フイルムの移送速度と略同一速度で移動
するようにしてなることを特徴とするスリツター
