Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve mechanical strength of a laminated film, by a method wherein a layer mainly comprised of polybutene-1 is on a surface layer and a thickness of the layer mainly comprised of the polybutane-1 per the thickness of the whole layer is a specific rate or more. CONSTITUTION:The title film is of a composite film comprised of a layer of a polymer selected out of a resin layer mainly comprised of crystalline polybutene-1, porypropylene, polyethylene, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, an ethylene unsaturated aliphatic acid copolymer, a polymer mainly comprised of vinylidene chloride, nylon, polyester, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponified polymer, an ethylene-olefin copolymer containing 40-95mol.% ethylene and an ion crosslinking polymer. The film is of a cold high-orientation composite film where the layer mainly comprised of the polybutene-1 is on the surface and a ratio (t/T) of a thickness (t) of the layer mainly comprised of the polubutene-1 per the thickness (T) of the whole layer is 10% or more. The composite film is superior in optical properties, tensile strength, tear strength, shock strength and seal properties and suitable as a packaging film due to a geometical effect between the crystalline polybutene-1 layer and a layer due to other kind of resin.
