て、前記固定部材及び軸スリーブとを耐熱性、耐
蝕性材料で形成すると共に、前記軸スリーブの外
周に動圧発生用のヘリングボーン状の数ミクロン
乃至数十ミクロンの溝を設けたことを特徴とする
高温用液中モータのラジアル軸受。 (2) 前記固定部材が内面を常圧焼結製セラミツ
ク材で形成されたことを特徴とする実用新案登録
