ビームを所定の方向へ偏向し主走査させるレーザ
ビーム偏向手段と、該レーザビーム偏向手段によ
り偏向されたレーザビームの出射窓に配設された
透過板とを有するレーザビーム走査装置において
、 前記レーザビームの偏光方向が走査手段による
走査方向に略垂直であり、前記透過板を、レーザ
ビームの走査方向に対する副走査方向に関し角度
βだけ傾斜させて配置するとともに、該角度βを
20°≦β≦65°に設定するようにしたことを
特徴とするレーザビーム走査装置。 (2) 前記透過板は反射率を低減させるコーテイ
ングが施されていないことを特徴とする実用新案
