Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize an autonomous combination between workers and controllers by providing information on a working or non-working state to each worker together with the information on the presence or absence of a working instruction request and at the same time providing the information on a job processing state or a non-job processing state to each controller and then transmitting these information among workers and controllers respectively. CONSTITUTION:When a job is instructed to a worker 6i, a job instruction request flag (x) of the worker 6i is set at 1 and transmitted to each controller in a fixed cycle via a data transmitter 7. For instance, a flag (z) of a controller 5j is equal to 0 and can undertake the relevant job. Thus the controller number is informed to the worker 6i through the data transmitter and the controller 5j gives a command to the worker 6i for the job. At the same time, the worker 6i sets a flag (y) at 1 and outputs a sign showing that the worker 6i is working to the data transmitter together with the data showing that a job command is presently received from the controller 5j. These information are sent periodically to each controller and worker so that the workers and controllers monitor the system state with each other.
