載置するよう複数段積み重ねたトレーと、 前記タンク内へ熱水又は冷却水を噴霧状にして
噴出するスプレー部と、 前記タンクの下方端に溜つた水を加圧下でポン
プ及び熱交換器を通つて再び前記スプレー部から
噴霧状に噴出する循環路と、から成り、 前記スプレー部は多数のスプレーノズルを有し
且つ水平状に軸支された複数のヘツダーパイプと
、これらヘツダーパイプを軸を中心として回転揺
動させる連結部と、この連結部を駆動させる駆動
源と、前記ヘツダーパイプ端に連結された連通部
と、この連通部を介して連結されたタンク外の熱
水又は冷却水の入口とを有し、 前記駆動源から連結部を介して軸を中心として
ヘツダーパイプを回転揺動運動させ、積み重ねた
