Abstract
PURPOSE:To express and transmit feelings, moods, etc., by adding information related to a speaker to information related to meaning contents and using an electronic computer to express information of feeling, a mood, etc., included in input information as a shape. CONSTITUTION:A voice input computer graphics (CG) generator 17 adds tone data 13 from a waveform analyzer 11, difference data 15 from a voice recognizing device 12, and information related to a speaker such as correction data 16, which has never been taken into consideration, to information related to meaning contents from a Japanese language analyzer 14 which transmits speaker's intention and instruction, thereby generating a CG picture. That is, information of user's feeling, intention, etc., which is indistinct in a conventional device is estimated and discriminated in accordance with information related to the speaker and is expressed as a picture. Thus, the picture reflecting the mood and the mental condition of the moment is outputted in accordance with the change of the tone due to the mood and the mental condition at the time of input though the same sentence is inputted.
