つカバーにおいて、後身頃部の上方両側部にそれ
ぞれ縫製若しくは接着した係止用羽根部分を何れ
も略三角形となし、且つ一方の係止用羽根部分の
一部もしくは全部を後身頃部の上端縁に略平行な
方向に伸縮性を有する素材で構成したことを特徴
とするおむつカバー。 (2) 防水布が、前身頃部及び後身頃部の内面の
略全面に配してあり、且つ後身頃部の外層と係止
用羽根部分との縫製・接着線よりも係止用羽根部
分の内側まで延びている実用新案登録請求の範囲
