Abstract
PURPOSE: To make compact the entirety of a drive unit while decreasing the number of components by employing an L-shaped heat exchanger and utilizing the member constituting the circumferential wall of each chamber and the end plate of the heat exchanger themselves for supporting the barrier wall and the outer wall. CONSTITUTION: One end 43b of an outer wall plate 43 is coupled with the end plate 47 of an L-shaped outdoor heat exchanger 10 disposed along the rear surface. The end plate 47 sustains the integrated state 10 of collected finned tubes and supports the outer wall plate 43 and one end 44a of a barrier wall 44 partitioning the unit case into two sections is coupled with the other fringe part 47a. The outer wall plate 43, the barrier wall 44 and posts 45, 46 are fixed with a cover plate 42 by means of screws to form a unit case 40. A face plate 51 is fixed between the end plate 48 of an outdoor heat exchanger 10 and the fringe 44b of the barrier wall 44 and also coupled with the cover plate 42. More specifically, number of components required for supporting the barrier wall and the outer wall plate can be decreased.
