PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacture and enhance appearance quality in a finisher structure by which an appearance decorating portion of characters or a mark or the like is formed by embedding defined pattern parts in a finisher main body so as to form the appearance decorating portion. CONSTITUTION:A finisher F with which the outside surface of an automobile is decorated is composed of a transparent resin-made finisher main body 1 and character parts 7 formed into the configuration of characters or a mark or the like. The character parts 7 are embedded in the rear face of the finisher main body 1 so as to form the appearance decorating portion 0 of the finisher F. In addition, the character parts 7 are formed with ABS resin and as well character portions 9 and bosses 10 for fixing are provided. With this arrangement, when the finisher F is formed, the bosses 10 of the character parts 7 are inserted into the mounting holes 8 of a lower mold 4 forming the rear face of the finisher main body 1, and thereafter transparent resin is injected in a cavity 6 formed by the lower mold 4 and an upper mold 3 so as to embed the character parts 7 in the finisher main body 1.
