Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten manufacturing process and to obtain a product having good appearance and touch, by setting a skin material on a top force for cold press, extruding directly a semi-molten resin material as a core material from an extruder and clamping these top and bottom forces. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 50 is set along the mold face of a top force 42 for cold press. A hot-melt film 51 is laminated on the rear face of the skin material 50 and the skin material 50 is set on the top force 42 for cold press in such a way that the hot-melt film 51 is positioned on the lower side. A molten resin is introduced in a sheet-feeding die 24 through feed pipes 21, 22 and 23 from a braker plate 13 of an extruder 10, and cooled a little in this die 24, and then is extruded as a sheet-like material in semi-soften state on the mold face of a bottom force 41 for cold press. The top force 42 for cold press is lowered and by clamping the top and bottom forces 41 and 42 for cold press, the skin material 50 and the core material 52 is itegrally adhered through the hot-melt film 51 at the same time when the core material 52 is molded.
