Abstract

PURPOSE: To uniformly cure the adhesive simultaneously at both bonded parts of a member prepared by bonding with an ultraviolet-curing adhesive on both top and bottom sides, without causing any change in shape or deterioration of optical properties, etc., by using equipment constituted in such a manner that the member can be kept stopped at a position midway in conveying, for a certain period of time, for irradiation with ultraviolet rays from both sides of the member.
CONSTITUTION: This equipment is provided with a conveyor 10 (conveyor rollers 11, 12; a conveyor belt 13, 14) capable of conveying a member 5 prepared by bonding with an ultraviolet-curing adhesive 1 on both top and bottom sides and of keeping the member 5 stopped for a certain period of time at a position for irradiation with ultraviolet rays; a driving unit 16 which drives the conveyor 10; and an ultraviolet lamp unit 17, 18 for irradiation of the ultraviolet-curing adhesive 1, 1 on the both sides of the member 5 stopped at the above-mentioned position with ultraviolet rays.
