Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain both line switching and packet switching services by providing a prescribed multiplex circuit to both packet calls of channels B, D, and connecting the circuit to a packet switching via a semi-fixed path of a digital channel. CONSTITUTION:A line switching call or a packet call in a channel B and a packet in a channel D are identified and separated respectively by a digital circuit DLC from a subscriber call. The line switching call is connected to a digital channel TDSW and line switching connection is executed to each call. The channel packet data Bp, Dp to be identified are collected for plural DLCs respectively, connected to a channel TDSW while being multiplexed by multiplex circuits PMX(B), PMX(D) and outputs Bp, Dp are connected to the packet switching device PH by a path set semi-fixedly respectively.
