Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid the breakage of a printed board caused by dropping a product or the like by a method wherein, when a component on the printed board is fixed to a chassis with screws, slits are provided at the parts of the printed board brought into contact with fixing parts. CONSTITUTION:When a heavy component such as a power source transformer 10 provided on a printed board 9 so as to be brought into contact with the board 9 is fixed with screws, slits 13 are provided at the parts of the printed board 9 brought into contact with the screw-tightening parts of the component. With this constitution, even if the heavy component on the printed board 9 gives a pressure to the printed board 9 by the impact of the drop or vibration of the product, the warpage of the printed board 9 is alleviated the slits 13 so that the breakage or the like of the printed board can be avoided.
