なくとも一方が軸方向における途中部位から等し
く広げられることにより、前記溝巾比を大きくし
ており、この広がりは、先端切刃稜10および外
周側のマージン11が交差する切刃コーナー部分
12を起点にして、この切刃コーナー部分12か
らシヤンク4側に向つて刃先外径Dに対する軸方
向長さLの比率L/Dにより設定され、広がりの
始まる軸方向位置がL/D=0.5〜2.5の範
囲内にあることを特徴とする鑞付け式の超硬ドリ
