Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 像担持体１０と、該像担持体１０上に静電潜像
    を形成する手段１２，１５と、該像担持体１０上
    の静電潜像を現像するための現像ローラ、現像ロ
    ーラ上の磁気ブラシを長さＬ１に規制する第１の
    規制板及び該現像ローラを回転駆動する駆動部を
    含む現像手段と、を備えると共に、該現像手段は
    、夫々異なる色の現像粉で該像担持体上の静電潜
    像を現像する複数の現像器１３，１６で構成され
    て成る多色像形成装置であつて、前記現像器１３
    ，１６は現像ローラ１上の磁気ブラシ長さＬ２（
    ＜Ｌ１）に規制する第２の規制板４を備えると共
    に、前記第１の規制板３及び第２の規制板４は像
    担持体１０の現像位置ａを挟んで両側に配置され
    て成り、前記駆動部５が前記現像ローラ１を正逆
    回転可能に構成されてなり、且つ前記現像器によ
    る現像動作を行なわない場合は前記現像ローラを
    逆転して現像ローラ上の磁気ブラシの長さをＬ２
    とする駆動制御部６を備えて成ることを特徴とす
    る多色像形成装置。
