PURPOSE:To realize induction heating and two heat sources of this induction heating without increasing any space as well as to make these heat sources efficiently usable by attaching an induction heating coil to a door of an induction heating oven, and selecting these two heating devices according to opening or closing of the door. CONSTITUTION:An induction heating coil 5 is installed in an on-off door 2 of an induction heating oven 1, and it is made up of selecting these two heating devices according to opening or closing of the door 2. Consequently, when it is used as a general electronic oven (induction furnace), the door 2 is closed and, after preventing any wave leakage from occurring, cooking is carried out. On the other hand, when it is used as induction heating, the door 2 fitted with the heating coil 5 is opened, making it level, and a cooking pan is placed on that, thus cooking can be done. With this constitution, even if a selector switch for selecting these two heating devices is not installed there specially, these two heating devices can be selected by opening or closing of the door in an automatic manner.
