Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a transparent composite film having excellent barrier properties, by dry laminating a plastic film to a metallic vapor deposited film using a specific polyol in an adhesive.
CONSTITUTION: (B) A plastic film is dry laminated to (C) a metallic vapor deposited film using (A) an adhesive consisting of (i) a polyol having ≥3mg KOH/g acid value and ≥10mg KOH/g OH value and (ii) a polyisocyanate to provide the aimed composite film. Furthermore, the ratio (NCO/OH) of the adhesive (A) is preferably ≥1.5 and the coating amount of the adhesive (A) is preferably 0.8W3.5g/m2.
