スから絶縁被覆線を引出す際に用いる絶縁ブツシ
ユの構造に関するものである。

出部とを圧着端子9に通し圧着によつて接続して
回路を組み立てた後、絶縁ブツシユ10と絶縁紙
11で絶縁性を整えた金属ケース8中に、引き出
し線7を絶縁ブツシユ10に通し引き出し線7を
引つ張りながら、回路素子を挿入し、ケース8内
に絶縁性樹脂を充填して回路素子と引き出し線を
固定して作られていた。この場合、絶縁ブツシユ
10は引き出し線7を固定できず、それ故大量の
充填樹脂と多くの工数と時間とを要する欠点があ
つた。

部6が埋め込み固定されている。圧着金具部6
は、環状の絶縁被覆抑え部61と環状の芯線圧着
部62を同一軸線上に有し、両者は円弧状部分で
連結されている。絶縁被覆抑え部61の圧着部6
2とは反対側に円弧状の舌片63を有しており、

て引き出し線7を絶縁ブツシユ4に強固に固定す

従来よりはるかに少ない資材と工数と時間でノイ
ズフイルタを組立てることができ、本考案による
効果は大きい。
