Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently condense a target component by heating continuously a filler area where the target component is solved out. CONSTITUTION:A device to be used consists of a tube 2 and a pump 3 for supplying the sample and an eluate to a column 1, a tube 4 for recovering an eluate separated in the color 1, a detector 5 for analyzing the recovered eluate, a thermostatic chamber 6 for varying the temperature of the column 1 continuously, a mobile device 7, and a constant-temperature medium 60 charged in the thermostatic chamber 6. Then the sample is supplied to the column 1 where a filler capable of adsorbing the target component from the sample is charged and while the eluate is supplied to the column 1 where the target component is adsorbed by the filler, the temperature is raised gradually from the column entrance side to the exit side to heat continuously the filler area where the target component is solved out.
