Claims (1)
- トロイダルコアを使用したトランスまたはイン
ダクタを搭載した素子基板と、該基板が搭載され
る膜回路基板とを含む混成集積回路において、前
記素子基板の表面には前記トランスまたはインダ
クタのリード接続用ランド、裏面には前記膜回路
基板と接続するための導体パターンがそれぞれ設
けられ、前記リード接続用ランド及び前記導体パ
ターンは前記基板に設けられたスルホールにより
電気的に接続されており、前記トランスまたはイ
ンダクタのリードが、前記リード接続用ランドに
接続されていることを特徴とする混成集積回路。
