この筒状体の外面に沿つて軸芯方向にスライド移
動させることにより、前記ボール群を半径方向内
方に押込み移動させるロツク状態と半径方向外方
への抜出し移動を許容するロツク解除状態とを現
出可能な操作筒体ならびに、前記操作筒体を前記
